Child Friendly Dining
There appears to be lots of restaurants and cafes in Bahrain who welcome babies and children with genuine pleasure.
However, there are not so many who have the facilities that you may require, i.e highchairs, baby changing, child size portions/menus,
space for buggy or wheelchair access and staff who don't mind a little mess. Some places that serve alcohol or allow smoking also appear
to request that children leave at 5 or 6pm.

The Sar Music Centre is now open
We have lots of musical activities and opportunities for kids age 2 upwards.
Pre-School Music Classes - Wed 9.30 and Thurs 2.30 are up and running.
We may also offer one on Sunday at 12.30.
Music Lessons in piano, violin, cello, drums, voice and trumpet are
also available.
We have theory classes too and special age group classes for
African/Arabic drumming.
There are 3 choirs which have also started for 5-8 year olds, 9-12
year olds and 13-19 year olds.
The Bahrain Youth Orchestra also starts this Tuesday for instrumental
players with some experience.
+ lots lots more for kids!!!
Ladies classes in singing, drumming and musicianship are also on offer
+ other adult classes.
We have ladies musical coffee mornings on Sunday 27th, Wednesday 30th
Sept and Sunday 4th October.

Kids @Saar has a full afterschool clubs programme
Location: KG Kids, Riffa (opp BDF Hospital) & KG Kids Saar (just off Burgerland roundabout)
AcademiKids will be launched both in Saar and in Riffa with interactive knowledge clubs. Come along and learn about Dinosaurs in our DINO club or sea creatures in our FISHY FUN club. The Victoria Dance @KG. Kids Saar is just one of the additions bringing performing arts to the forefront, with clubs such as; Ballet, Hip Hop, Street funk, Fitkids and Gymnastics. We will also have Swimkids Swimming Lessons, KookiKids Cookery , Mummy and Me Fun and much much more .

Location: Hmm near waterpark and BIC (will follow up) Description: Built to protect protected Arabian species including the Oryx, Adax and Reem Gazelle. Closes for lunch so check times. http://www.alareenresort.com/v2/wildlife.htm Bahrain National Museum Location: Near the marina club on the waterfront, manama Desription: Took my mum last week and we really enjoyed it. lots to see and very well laid out with plently of space for a toddler to steam around without upsetting anyone.
