Mum and Baby Yoga
Carina; offers Yoga Classes for mothers and their newborn children!
The children should not be older than 6 months.
The Yoga will be at beginners level and we will practice at a pace where there also is room to pay the small babies attention.
When breastfeeding and carrying around the little baby all the time, it can led to pain in shoulders and the back which we will special pay attention and do exercises for that areas.
After the Yoga Class there will be time to talk and share experiences about being a mother and having a little baby.
Carina is an educated dietician and yoga teacher from Denmark and came to Bahrain in January. she gave birth to a boy in the middle of March at Bahrain Specialist Hospital.
The Classes will be on Wednesdays from 1.30 – 3.00 p.m.
The Classes will begin on the 29.th of July and there will be 5 sessions.
The price is 17 BD for all 5 sessions.
The Classes will be in my home and there is room for 6 people per session. The spoken language will be English.
Remember to wear relaxed clothes and bring a blanket.

Whether your a first-time mum or an experienced child-tamer, its a great way to get the support you need, share experiences and meet other expectant mums or similarly aged tots. The group is aimed for mums with little ones under 12 months, but welcome siblings as well.
Bahrainbaby are happy to announce that we will also be offering a breastfeeding clinic and baby weigh-in fortnightly at the Bumps n Babies, the next will be the 9th October 2008. Dont miss an opportunity to chat with Debbie (South-African trained Midwife), she is passionate about breastfeeding and postnatal care.
